Methodology

This page describes how firms appear, are ranked, and are compared on DontHireBlind.com.

Data sources

All information is based on publicly available data and is subject to change. Firm data is aggregated from public sources, including firm websites, public review platforms, court records where applicable, and industry directories. Where firms participate in our advertiser program, those firms supply additional information directly. We make every effort to keep it accurate, but we hold no responsibility for any errors or omissions.

Ordering in search

Default search ordering prioritizes (1) advertiser participation, (2) review volume, then (3) average rating. We label sponsored firms clearly with a "Sponsor" tag. Users can sort or filter results.

Comparison fields

Comparisons display the same set of fields for every firm: ratings, review counts, years in business, attorney/office counts, languages, practice areas, recognition, awards, and consultation policies. We do not weight any field in a "winner" calculation — users decide.

"Most Compared" lists

Trending and "Most Compared" lists are derived from anonymous, aggregate comparison view counts. They are not editorial endorsements.

Corrections

If a firm sees inaccurate information about itself, contact us via the Contact page and we will review.
